Events

Each year, the Phoenix Chapter of AAZK organizes 3 major fundraising events benefiting several conservation organizations. Bowling for Rhinos, a national AAZK fundraiser, takes place every summer and is put on by local chapters of AAZK around the country. The AAZK Auction, also a national fundraiser, takes place in autumn and is the only significant fundraiser that benefits our chapter of AAZK in addition to both local and international conservation organizations. In winter, PCAAZK is proud to host Billiards for Bears, its own creation, to help raise money for bear species globally.

In addition, PCAAZK participates on a smaller scale in events put on by the Phoenix Zoo. Look for our booth this year at Rock the Zoo 2011, taking place April 29th!
